Hi everyone! I've been tagged by Anis for the 7 Deadly Sin of Beauty tag. Go check out hers here. Anyway, I'm trying to make use of my camera and produce my own photos instead of depending too much on stock photos. Stock photos are great — but at the end of the day they're not my photos. I think it's okay if I don't have white background with rose gold props as long as my photos reflect me and my blog, which for now looks like it's been overexposed and flash reflect everywhere. Forgive me — the sweater weather is unforgiving to take pictures in.

Sin #1 — Greed

What is your most inexpensive beauty item? What is your most expensive?

My most inexpensive beauty item is Essence Longlasting Lip Liner in Plum Cake (MYR8.90). So creamy, so pigmented, so good! I wanted the nude-ish pink one but they were out of stock and Plum Cake is the closest shade to the shade I wanted although it's more to a plummy purple colour. It looks amazing with SimplySiti Samba Red lipstick on top! Here let me show you a picture:

For the most expensive beauty item, I'm going with an item that I purchased with my own money and not a gift from my parents. It's the MAC Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation (MYR170 in 2013) in NC35. I was a little bit darker 3 years ago because I just got out of high school and we all look like potato in high school, am I right? I'm pretty sure I'm somewhere between NC25-30 now. I love this powder! Perfect for gals out there who don't have time to put on liquid foundation but still want something that can give light to medium coverage and look like foundation.

I hit pan on it two years ago but there's still a little bit of product left on the outer rim of the pan. I no longer use this product because it's been 3 years and a half since I purchased it so I'm sure it has passed its expiry date already but I'm not going to get rid of it because it was my first expensive makeup purchase ever and I can buy refills at MAC.

Sin #2 — Wrath

What beauty products do you have a love/hate relationship with? What product has been the hardest to get?

I have a love/hate relationship with Bourjois Healthy Balance Compact Powder (MYR46.50). I love it because it's a good powder to mattify my T-zone especially with Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum Gel Foundation. I hate it because I accidentally dropped it on the floor and it broke into million pieces, along with my heart. Luckily the compact did not open when it dropped so I can still use what's left of the compact (I mean shattered) powder but I can only use it to set my eyeshadow base.

The product that has been the hardest to get is Colourpop Ultra Matte Liquid Lipstick (MYR40/POST). I was able to purchase it because my friend bulk-buy straight from the website so I purchased two lipsticks from her. Some irresponsible online sellers sell fake Colourpop so you have to be careful before deciding to purchase any. In my opinion, it's better to buy drugstore products than fake makeup.

Sin #3 — Gluttony

What are your most delicious beauty products?

It has got to be The Body Shop Born Lippy Pot Lip Balm (MYR23) in Strawberry. I brought this everyday to school with me and I always reapplied because it smells and tastes so good.

Sin #4 — Sloth

What beauty product do you neglect, due to laziness?

Eyeliner but I'm not even a big fan to begin with. I don't think I look good with any eyeliner look so I've just never been bothered to wear it. If I'm doing a full face makeup including eyeshadows, then I'll use eyeliner but for most of the time, nope. Plus it's a pain to remove!

Sin #5 — Pride

What beauty product gives you the most self-confidence?

I'm confident going out without any makeup on but one beauty product that gives me a hella boost of self-confidence is probably foundation. It clears out the redness and lighten the hyperpigmentation on my cheeks. During early 2015 when my skin was clear, I went to class with only wearing day cream, lipstick, and my brows done. And then I went to Umbai, Malacca in March and had seafood galore fiesta with my extended family and all hell broke loose...

Sin #6 — Lust

What attributes do you find most attractive to the opposite sex?

EYES, EYES, EYES, EYELASHES, EYEBROWS. Especially my boyfriend's. I love his eyes, his brows, and his lashes. He doesn't deserve those long and curly lashes, I do! 😭

Sin #7 — Envy

What beauty items would you most like to receive as a gift?

Well I could use 10 more lipsticks from MAC.. or Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Invisible Cover Stick Foundation.. or Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kit.. or the one from Sleek is also okay. To be honest, I'm thinking of turning my makeup collection into a minimalist one because I'm not a heavy makeup user – in fact, I don't wear any at all except for when I have somewhere to go to and I want my collection to consist of quality over quantity of products. I'll probably do this in a few years once I've gone through the makeup I already own.

I have so much fun doing this! I'm tagging Lenne and any beauty enthusiasts who stumbled upon this post and wanted to do this tag.

For When My Skin is Not at Its Best

Typing this entry up because my skin is feeling like crap.

I had laksa yesterday night and it was so delicious. The gravy was perfect — just what I liked! But one of the key ingredients to make the perfect laksa is belacan. Belacan is like that one ingredient that you can put in any dishes (especially sambal base) and they will turn out good. Did I mention that on Wednesday my mom made asam pedas and she put belacan in it and it was so good I felt sad after I was done with my meal because it was that good?

Belacan is actually a shrimp paste (found out about it like, 5 minutes ago) and I also have seafood allergy so serves me right for consuming food that I cannot eat, right? Who am I to think that I can have the luxury of enjoying seafood and belacan, right? Am I right?

CAN'T EVEN ENJOY LAKSA ANYMORE.

Anyway, back to the topic. You know how we gals have that one week out of the month when our skin feels and looks like crap especially during period? I hate that time because my makeup looks terrible and the acne scars on my face that has actually lighten looks bright red all of a sudden. For me personally, A week before and during my period are my favourite because my skin looks and feels so good but when I'm nearing the ovulation day (my fertile period is between day 13-19 and today is my day 19), my skin takes a hundred and eighty degree change and oh there you are 3485843 bumps and whiteheads. You're so unwelcome but okay.

But breakouts do not only happen during the change of hormones. There are so many things that can contribute to breakouts and bumps and all sort of unpleasantness on your face so these are a few steps I take to deal with it.

Sit back, relax, and think about the food I ate

As I lay down in my bed not quite relaxed because I'm itchy everywhere, thinking of the food I ate for the past two or three days and breaking down hysterically because it's taking its toll on me now and there's no other way to get through it other than to be patience and sing Westlife's Fool Again 'cause I'm really a fool.

After that emotional episode, I eat clean for as long as I could until my mom cooks something that I'm allergic to. Fruits are my best friend. I eat a lot of papaya and watermelon. But not too much of papaya though unless you want to go poo poo 5 times a day (yes it happened to me).

Change my bed sheet

No matter how comfortable your bed is and how 'lovely' your pillows smell like (ehem stale saliva) after a few weeks of sleeping in it, you should always change your pillow cases once a week and bed sheet I'd say around twice a month. The oil on your hair will transfer to your pillow case and get to your face which can cause breakouts. Read here to know more about pillowcase, detergent and fabric softener, and dust mites.

Your bed sheet collects dust and dirt and when you came home from a long day outside and you immediately attack your bed ('cause why not?) without changing your clothes, taking a shower, or even washing your feet and all the dirt you collected from your day outside will transfer to your bedding. It's disgusting which is why I'm only using antibacterial body wash (okay if it were me I would have totally chosen LUX Magical Spell but my mom bought my shower gel 'cause she's my mom and who am I to defy her I'm scared). It's okay if I don't smell like lavender unicorn with English rose flower garden thingamajig as long as I'm not itchy all over.

Drink more plain water than usual

If you drink 1.5L of water everyday, then drink more during your crappy skin episode. I've always wondered why everyone says that you have to drink enough water everyday if you want clear skin because water is just, water. H20. No other compound in it that can help me with getting clear skin but drinking plain water is important to detoxify your body hence removing all the toxins and gory and disgusting stuff in your body thus making your skin clear without breakouts. But make sure that you go pee pee at least 10 times a day when you drink, like, 3L of water. If you didn't go pee pee the whole day, please call your doctor because there might be something wrong with your kidney.

I do not scrub my face

Do you know that scrubbing your face during breakouts will actually make your skin worse? If you have acne-prone skin, please don't ever scrub your face especially with that St. Ives Apricot Scrub because that stuff is very harsh for your skin. Scrubbing acne-prone skin will irritate and aggravate your already inflamed skin. Read here to know more about scrubbing acne-prone skin.

I know how tempting it is to scrub your face when you have bumps all over but please don't ever do that, have some sympathy on your skin. I scrub my face once or twice a month and that is if I have to go somewhere that needs me to put on makeup so I want a smooth canvas for better makeup application.

I use clay mask

A few days ago, I had one huge zit in between my brows so being me, I picked on it. I popped that puss-infested zit open and there was blood oozing out of it. It felt so good and disgusting at the same time. Then I washed my face using my facial cleanser, wiped my skin dry with fresh cloth and immediately put on Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask to close that wound up. The next day, there was no acne scar visible and I'm so happy and relieved. Phew. One less acne scar to treat! Read here to know more about clay mask do's and don'ts.

I have dry skin with oily T-zone so I use clay mask once or twice a week depending on the condition of my skin. I never have that mask on for more than 20 minutes because clay mask tends to dry you out and pull your excess sebum but the moisture can be replenished by toning and moisturising afterwards. Here's the skincare step that I swear by:

Exfoliating (scrubbing) > Cleansing > Mask > Toning > Moisturising.

There you go, the 5 steps I do and don't do when my skin is not at its best. Another thing worth mentioning is to always have enough sleep but when you're in a long distance relationship with 8 hour time difference, 10 pm - 6 am sleep is just not possible for me.

Essence I Love Extreme Crazy Volume Mascara + Demo

Hello everyone. I have a feeling that November is going to be my lazy month unlike October where I managed to published 25 posts in 31 days! That's a huge success for me and my blog. I wasn't lazy last month but now I can feel every inch of my muscle not wanting me to write on my blog. I didn't know what to post so I'm using one of my drafts because I don't want my blog to be dead without new posts. At least one post every other day is okay for my lazy ass.

I got this Essence I Love Extreme Crazy Volume Mascara a few weeks ago along with a new moisturiser which I'm currently loving (so good!) from Watsons. I ordered them online with RM7 postage charge. I don't know about you guys but I hate paying for postage which is why you don't have to pay for postage for most of the items in my online shop! My sister insisted that I mention this mascara is hers so you guys, this mascara is my sister's. She bought it for RM15.90 which as you all know, Essence is a very inexpensive drugstore brand. Mostly nothing over 30 ringgit!

Nothing special I can say about the wand, it's just your regular straight mascara wand that does a good job in separating lashes. Here I will show you the before and after:

I have a love-hate relationship with this mascara. I loved the effect it gave my lashes. As you can see, with only one coat you can get extreme and crazy lashes like the name suggested. It lengthens, it volumizes, it separates my lashes. Basically what you see in the picture is what you get.

But.

There's a reason why I only put on one coat.

It flakes. It crumbles. You can see bits of mascara under my eye and the photo was only taken merely 5 minutes after application. I don't know if I got a bad batch or anything because everyone who tried it loved it. The bottom lash application is a pain in the arse because the formula is so clumpy so it's hard to get it evenly on the bottom lashes.

This mascara is not waterproof so you can't really expect it to last all day long especially when it starts to crumble as soon as you've applied it even in air-conditioned room.

If you can get around with the crumbling and flaking and you like clumpy mascara, then do give this a try.

If you don't like clumpy mascara at all, then this isn't the one for you. Try the Essence Lash Mania Reloaded instead. That one is a natural mascara that still gives you the length and volume you need without doing too much.

All in all, it might work better on you than on me so if you wanted to give this a try then go ahead because for RM15.90, you're not really breaking the bank if it didn't work out for you in the end.

I would give this a 3.5 stars just because it flakes. I don't have problems with clumpy mascaras but panda eyes only one hour through the day? Not my thang.

Garnier Skin Naturals Micellar Cleansing Water

It's time for me to do a review of the Garnier Skin Naturals Micellar Cleansing Water that I ordered from Hermo last week. I believe the Skin Naturals line comes in two types which are Gentle and Oil Control but I went with Gentle because my face basically produces no oils and this sensitive skin of mine needed something gentle or it can go crazy, trust me. Take it from someone who got breakouts from eating Samyang ramen.

The 400ml bottle retails at RM29.90 and the 125ml at RM14.90. I suggest you go with the 400ml because this is basically water and 15 ringgit for a 125ml of water is expensive. You will use a lot of this if you have on heavy makeup.

This product claims to:

This All-in-1 cleanser is surprisingly powerful yet gentle to skin. It effectively removes makeup, cleanses skin and refreshes. A multi-purpose cleanser that contains Micellar technology. Like a magnet, micelles capture and lift away dirt, oil and makeup without harsh rubbing, leaving skin perfectly clean, hydrated and refreshed without over-drying.

To be honest, I don't care what it claims to do as long as it removes my makeup one hundred percent without breaking me out or burning my skin. I always double cleanse after removing my makeup as using makeup remover alone isn't enough.

The makeup I have on is not that heavy but I do have foundation, eyeshadows, and mascara on. The makeup was only a few hours old before I removed it with this micellar water and most of the makeup hasn't rubbed off yet so you can see how it works with fresh makeup instead of 10-12 hour makeup that is probably gone by the end of the night.

It removes my makeup wonderfully! I always use a toner after washing my face with facial wash and there was no makeup residue on the cotton pad. It doesn't have any smell nor burn my skin so it's perfect for sensitive skin. I used this micellar water to remove my lipsticks for the MAC Lipsticks Swatches + Demo and it worked great and very gentle on my lips. It's very hydrating and does not dry out my skin.

BUT.

I needed quite a lot of cotton pad to remove my makeup as using one or two pads weren't enough. During the removing process where I swiped the pad all over my face, it moved my foundation instead of picking it up on the pad. Imagine trying to wipe spilled oil on a table with wet cloth, the wet cloth isn't picking up the oil in one swipe and you have to wipe a few times before the oil is all picked up, that's how it was with this micellar water.

The other trick is leaving a cotton pad soaked with this micellar water on the eye for 10 seconds before removing it gently. It didn't remove all my makeup in one swipe like my Good Virtues Co. Purifying Makeup Remover can. I still have to wipe my eyes a few times before everything was gone and I didn't even have eyeliner on and the mascara I was using isn't waterproof.

The micellar water will not leave you with a red face like my skin. My face is always red everytime I get out of shower and everytime I use makeup remover/toner/moisturizer before going back to its 'natural' colour so please don't mind that. All in all, it is a good makeup remover and I definitely recommend it especially if you have sensitive skin.

My Go-To Makeup Look

I love looking at beauty gurus with their flawless skin and perfect makeup but let us just be real here — they have pores like I do and I shouldn't feel bad of not having perfect skin. Well, I did have perfect skin but an incident with my seafood allergy made me breakout and I'm still suffering from the consequences. Honestly, having fair skin is not all sunshine and rainbow like some of us thought. The lighter your skin tone, the more visible your flaws are. It gets even worse when you're allergic to your favourite food like I to seafood. How can I resist sambal udang petai, sambal sotong, and gulai ketam? Not to mention kerang rebus. So bad to my skin, but so good to my tummy.

I'm not into full coverage makeup but I understand why some people do. Everyone wants flawless face, I'm just one of those people who doesn't want to work on covering my hyperpigmentation. It can take me more than an hour to achieve flawless face and I'm just too lazy for that hahaa.

I love sheer to medium coverage foundation because I can see how my skin progresses. A few months ago, the hyperpigmentation around my cheek area was darker than it is now. I kind of treat my foundation as benchmark to see if it gets better or not. If the hyperpigmentation is completely covered by foundation, then I will be contented.

I don't use any concealers on under eyes and blemishes nor eyeliner because my eye shape is small and weird and eyeliner does not look flattering on me. I also don't contour or bronze my face because I don't feel like I need them.

The eye literally took me 5 minutes to do. It is so simple and I love cool tone eyeshadow looks. I don't think warm tone shadow looks flattering on me, though, but I'm willing to try out a few.

I hope you enjoy my simple makeup look! What is your go-to makeup look and what products do you use?

MAC Lipsticks Swatches + Demo

I've gotten a lot of requests to do a review and demo of MAC lipsticks to the point where I felt guilty of not doing yet. Honestly, it's not hard to google swatches and reviews of these lipsticks but I couldn't ignore my blogger friends who requested it so here goes nothing.

Half of these are mine and the other half is my mom's. I figured if I wanted to do a demo, I should do hers as well. More shade options for you to pick, no?

I have two lines of MAC lipsticks which are the normal lipstick that looks like bullets and the Mineralize Rich that is slightly taller and wider than the bullet lipsticks. The 'bullet' lipstick costs about RM78 (was RM74) while the Mineralize Rich lipstick retails at RM110 (was RM97). MAC Malaysia increases their prices like nobody's business. Currency sucks.

The bullet lipstick has 9 finishes in the range but I have only ever bought their matte finish. What can I say about MAC lipsticks that everyone doesn't know yet? They're absolutely great. I gotta be honest with you, since I'm on the MAC lipsticks bandwagon, I haven't used any of my other lipsticks (excluding NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream because it is my favourite liquid lip formula). I feel bad for my other lipsticks but the colours I got from MAC are so beautiful I only want to wear them when I have somewhere to go.

They are super pigmented and you do have to apply a few times for a smooth application because they are matte and matte lipsticks tend to have drier formula but the lipstick itself will not dry you out. Just make sure to apply vaseline or any lip balms on your lips before applying the lipstick. For a better matte effect, wipe the excess lip balm on your lips first.

They are not as long lasting as liquid lipsticks but unless you're eating greasy food and chugging down bottles and bottles of water, then the colour will stay on your lips. You can always reapply your lipstick later in the day.

My mom loves this range! She went through a few of these lipsticks and I, myself have never went through a whole lipstick in my whole life.

The packaging is a bit more posh with magnetic closure and curvature towards the middle of the lipstick. If you don't like matte lipsticks and wanted something moisturising and hydrating throughout the day, definitely go with this range. They are pricier than bullet lipsticks but if you have extra to spend on, I'd say go for it.

What I really like about this range is the shade Glamour Era that gives me a nice nude stain even after the colour has come off. I used to wear this a lot because it is hydrating, perfect when you have classes in an air-conditioned room the whole day.

Pink Plaid: I thought it would look very pink on me but it doesn't! It's a cool toned blue based pink and the sales assistant said that not everyone can pull off this lip colour. I would suggest going to the store and trying it on first before you purchase.

Velvet Teddy: The perfect brownish nude for me. I can't go one or two shades lighter if I want to look not dead. I bought this because of the hype surrounding it and it was one of the best purchases ever.

Diva: My mom purchased this vampy burgundy colour because the sales assistant told her that this is the colour that Neelofa always wears. My mom likes Neelofa a lot so she bought it. You don't have to wear any makeup to rock this lipstick shade, trust me. This lipstick alone will make you feel like you run the world. Ya go gal.

Mehr: I wasn't going to purchase this because I thought it looked a lot like Velvet Teddy but the SA told me to just try it first and ooooooh my god. It is a gorgeous rosy, mauve-pink colour that looks like a pink version of Velvet Teddy. I was sold!

Glamour Era: A mix of brown, peach, and pink. Neutral shade.

Red Coquette: It complements my skin tone so well. This shade is not as intimidating as other red shades.

Elegant Accent: The lipstick that my mom repurchased twice because she liked it a lot. She was going to purchase it again but I told her to just get another colour already.

Lady At Play: Quite similar to Elegant Accent with a bit more orange. 

Divine Choice: Described as a mid tonal pink shade that looks purple on me. It does bring out the blue in my contact lens, though.

I know that for some people (including me!) 78 ringgit is too much to spend on a lipstick but if you want to try and own at least one MAC lipstick, I would suggest going to the counter and ask the assistant which colour that would suit you best for everyday wear. You don't want to be spending a fortune on a lipstick shade that you're only going to wear once or twice.

Hermo.my Haul

My package from Hermo.my came today and I am so excited to get my hands on the products! I ordered this on Friday last week with free shipping on order of two or more products. For some reasons I always do my online shopping nearing the weekends and it's painful to have to wait the entire weekend for them to arrive at my doorstep.

Each product came bubble-wrapped but obviously I tore them as soon as they came. I got two samples of AHA 7 Whitehead Power Liquid and a free Garnier Pink Pouch with purchase of Garnier products.

Everyone in the beauty community has turned to using micellar water to remove their makeup so I picked up this Garnier Skin Naturals Micellar Cleansing Water (RM24.90) to try. I know that BIODERMA has the best micellar water but I am not going to spend 40 dollars on a makeup remover. I think that is just too steep for what I can afford.

The Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask (RM43) is the best mask I have ever tried. I received a free sample tub last year and I love how I didn't get any breakouts from using this mask every week. My skin looked clear and I can see that my pores are less visible after a few usage. This product has been in my skincare wish list for quite a while and I am so happy that I have it now. Can't wait to use it tonight!

I don't think I need to introduce you to the Innisfree No-Sebum Mineral Powder (RM25). I'm running low on the one I'm currently using so I picked up another for back up. I'm pretty sure I won't go through this product as fast as I did with the old one because I have dry skin now and I won't be needing much setting on my face.

October Mini Haul

Hi everyone, how are you today? I went out with my family to Alamanda today to run some errands. I got a few things from today's rendezvous and I'm loving everything I got. Honestly I just wanted a new facial wash but I managed to grab a few things along the way.

To be frank, I did not need more clothes but my mom forced me to get some new shirts and I picked these two in white and grey from Goggles. I really wanted the black shirt but unfortunately they only have it in size M. I'm wearing a size XL because I want to feel comfortable and not feel like a piece of cloth is sticking to my body.

I repurchased Simple Kind to Skin Moisturizing Facial Wash because like the name suggested, it is very kind to my sensitive and dry skin. The facial wash is mild and not harsh at all so if you like something stronger for your skin, then this probably won't suit you. This 2-pack retails for RM30 and you're saving RM10 because the price for one tube is RM20. I also picked up the Soothing Facial Toner that I've been wanting to try. This toner is 100% alcohol-free so if you're dry gals like me, this is perfect for you.

I added two new MAC Matte lipsticks in my MAC lipstick collection! I got the ones in Mehr (left) and Pink Plaid (right). Mehr is so beautiful! If Velvet Teddy looks brownish nude for my skin, then Mehr is sort of pinkish rosy nude. I love it so much and I can definitely see myself wearing it a lot in the future.

Makeup Collection: The Eye Products

Today I'm going to be showing you my makeup collection of eye products. I don't use eyeshadow all that much but for someone who doesn't like putting eyeshadow, I do have quite the products for many eye looks. My collection of eyeshadows are mainly neutral colours, bronze and rose golds as those are the colours that I'm comfortable of wearing.

Etude House Look At My Eyes Duet, Etude House Gold and Silver single Eyeshadow, Etude House Look At My Eyes single eyeshadow — Etude House has good eyeshadows if you're into Korean makeup look because the eyeshadow shades are neutral and shimmery if you're into that. They aren't the most pigmented but for beginners who need a lot of control of their eyeshadows, then these are perfect.

Maybelline Color Tattoos in Bad to the Bronze, Inked in Pink, and Tough as Taupe — I love the color tattoos. My favourite of all time is Bad to the Bronze because I can easily use my fingers and apply it all over my lids and they look perfect already! Definitely recommend.

NYX Full Throttle Shadow Palette in Take Over Control — The pigmentation is awesome. I love the mauve colour on top right and the brown shimmer below it. It retails for RM37 at Sephora. Such a bargain!

NYX The Natural Shadow Palette — My least favourite of the bunch but if you're a beginner who needs a lot of control of your eyeshadow, then this is good because the pigmentation is so-so so you can build it up.

Sleek i-Divine Eyeshadow Palette in Storm — If you don't wanna fork out two hundred ringgit on a palette from Sephora, get this one from Sleek because it is inexpensive and the pigmentation is da bomb! You can get it at hermo.my for RM69. My favourite shades are the ones I hit pan on which are the light brown colour for my crease and medium brown for my brows. I like the shimmery pinks, too.

TheBalm Nude Dude Palette — The newest baby in the collection. To be honest I still haven't gotten the chance to use it but I do know that I can create so many neutral looks or even smokey eyes with this palette.

Estée Lauder Holiday Eyeshadow and Blush Palette — The eyeshadow pigmentation is not the best but the blush is my all-time favourite.

Maybelline The Rocket, The Falsies, and The HyperCurl Volum' Express Mascaras — I am a fan of Maybelline mascaras. There's no need to spend hundred ringgit on high end brands when Maybelline has great ones.

Essence Lash Mania Reloaded mascara — If you want a natural looking lashes, I'd recommend this mascara from Essence. I like it that it's not waterproof so it isn't a pain in the arse to remove.

NYX Eyebrow Cake Powder — I much prefer the eyeshadow in my Sleek palette than this brow powder but I like the wax that comes in it (wax helps if you have crazy brow hair and you want it to stay in place but you don't have any brow gel). The brow brush is not good but the spoolie brush is nice.

Shu Uemura Hard Formula Eyebrow Pencil — My favourite brow pencil for natural looking brow. This pencil can last you years and years. You won't get any pigmentation if you swatch it on your hands because it reacts with the oil on your brows for the colour to show.

Bobbi Brown Natural Brow Shaper — My mom was watching tv one day and they were doing makeup on this Malaysian artist and they use this gel for her brow and my mom liked it so she bought the product. I took it from her, finished it, and bought another one because it is so good. Quick and easy touch up if you don't have the time to do your brows.

Maybelline Eye Studio Master Brow Retractable Pencil — This is a good brow pencil too. The colour is a very soft brown more to taupe that doesn't really show on my brows because I have jet black brows. Even the lightest brown would still make my brows look..... black.

NYX Two Timer Dual Ended Liner — the liquid liner can give you a sharp and black wing liner but the retractable pencil part is not as black as the liquid. However, the staying power sucks and they crease on my oily lids.

Shu Uemura Drawing Pencil — My mom loves this, I love this. The pink/nude shade is perfect for inner corners to open up your eyes. I have to say that this product is in between eyeliner and eyeshadow. With the other colours such as brown and blue, you can line your eyes with it and just smudge it to get a smoked eyeliner/eyeshadow effect.

MAC Pro Longwear Eye Liner — For the price you would expect something better than what you're getting. It's not the blackest eyeliner but it stays put all day long and it doesn't crease on me.

TOPSHOP Liner — It's probably one of the best eyeliners I have tried. It's creamy, it's super black BUT it creases so bad by the end of the day they're gone.

I forgot to include one more product in this which is the Maybelline Eye Studio Gel Liner because mine's already dry because I've had that since 5 years ago I just haven't found it in me to throw it away because it's my favourite liner ever. Black, long-lasting, doesn't crease. Perfect.
